何時の間にやら此処に堕とされ Man was cast down here before he knew it 溺れかけの命を抱きかかえて Holding a life that's about to drown 生温い手に引かれて　ただ列を成し歩むだけ Pulled by lukewarm hands, he is simply walking in line 生を拒めば罪　死に抗えば罰 Rejecting life is sin, resisting death is punishment 牛と馬の番が手綱握る Ox-Head and Horse-Face are holding the reins 獄の門が今　その口を開く The gate of hell now opens its mouth 「おかえりなさい」 'Welcome back' その声が突き刺さりちらついた面影 The flickering face that the voice pierced through 私に良く似た Looks just like me 私とは非なる But is not me 私を成した罪の箱 It is the box of sins that has shaped me 見境無き悪食 Unsatisfied forbidden food また誰かの罪を一つ貪り現で苟且の罰を受ける I once again covet someone's sin, and suffer a fleeting punishment in reality 私の罪は誰が喰らうか Who shall bear my sin? 気が付けばまた此処に堕とされ　堂々巡り Man was once again cast down here as he noticed it, going in circles 「転生輪廻」 'Reincarnation' 望まぬ命と嘆き　ただ列を成し歩むだけ Lamenting this is an undesired life, he is simply walking in line 名も知らぬ種一つ膨れ弾けた怨みの落とし子 An unknown seed is the fruit of the expanded and bursted resentment 獄の火に焼べた命　誰の罪を唾吐く篝火 Lives burned in hellfire, bonfire spit upon someone's sin 次に私に捩じ込まれるのは What 「何時」の Of whom 「何処」の From when 「何方」の From where 「何」か？ Will be forced upon me next? 見境無き悪食 Unsatisfied forbidden food 廻り廻る　巡り巡る Circulating again and again, going round and round 罪と罰に生かされた飼殺し故 For man lives upon sin and punishment throughout his life 餌に媚び諂う He fawns over the bait 絶え間の無い既視感に襲われ　何処かで見た何時かを彷徨う Overwhelmed by an endless feeling of deja vu, he wonders when did he see it at somewhere 賽の河原で積み重ねてきたその石を自ら蹴散らせるか Kick over the stone towers you piled up in the Children's Limbo* 生き疲れただろう…死に疲れただろう…己を殺し疲れただろう… You must be tired of life... tired of death... tired of killing yourself... それでもまだ誰が為に生きて死んで己を殺し続けるか Yet still, are you going to keep living, dying and killing yourself for others *Note: 'Sai-no-Kawara' (賽の河原, "River-plain of the Dead") is the riverbank of Sanzu-no-Kawa (三途の川, "Sanzu River," literally the "Three-World River"), a river that one must cross before reaching the afterlife. Sai-no-Kawara is similar to 'Children's Limbo.' It is a place where the souls of children who have died before their parents suffer for their unfiliality. They pile stones into towers as offerings to their parents, but before they can complete these towers, they are continuously destroyed by demons. Thus, 'Sai-no-Kawara' also implies 'futility' or 'efforts that yield no reward.' This line of lyrics can also be understood as 'overthrowing what one has built oneself.'
